Nostalgic Loyalist
The team wanted to test into different personas, including the nostalgic loyalist persona. This person frequently visited the Body Shop brick and mortar shops in malls and knew all the scents by heart. As such, I made sure I used classic scents that were recently brought back with the American relaunch and played up the 90s/early 2000s vibes.
